- Student Passport: Upload a scan of the passport page displaying your child’s birthdate. Lebanese applicants can alternatively submit a Lebanese ID and a recent Lebanese Status Record (اخراج قيد). A high-resolution JPG of the applicant’s passport photo is also required.
- Birth Certificate (Early Childhood Only): A scan of the official Birth Certificate is required for applicants in Early Childhood programs (Nursery-Grade 2).
Specialist Reports (Optional)
- If applicable, please upload any reports or information related to your child’s learning and well-being at school, such as Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), assessments by educational psychologists, occupational therapists, or speech and language therapists.
- Please note: Failure to disclose and provide these reports may lead to Stars College withdrawing its offer of admission.
